Shoulder tattoos?

Okay, so technically this is not ON your shoulder, it is on your back. If this is the case then it wont be that painful, I hardly felt it. Ofcourse at first you will feel something but then it goes away. Now, this all depends if the artist who is working on you is any good.

If this is ON your shoulder, that area tends to be more sensitive, so it will hurt.
